|Recommended: YesFirst Impression — All staff from reception to maintenance are outstanding. Apartment found extreme clean. If noise from FM1488 Road could be dampened in rooms towards FM 1488 The Towers Woodland would earn a 5 Star.

Luiza was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process obtaining our apartment. Great place to live

|Recommended: YesLiving Through Ups And Downs. — First, I just like to say that looking at The Towers from the outside looking in this place is beautiful. Amenities are great. There are activities here that brings fun and enjoyment. The noise if any, is the usual apartment living noise.
Now, some tenants with dogs don't pick up their dog poop The apartment is very nice, but I believe there is mold that could be building up in the bathroom.

|Recommended: YesOur Beautiful New Home — During my apartment search, I immediately fell in love with the property online and requested a live tour. Within minutes of my submission, Hallie called me to confirm my requested appointment time. Upon arrival, Hallie greeted me and our tour began. The grounds were beautiful, expansive, and we'll maintained. As a pet owner, it was really lovely to see that the property is very pet friendly and even holds dog events The apartment units have very open floor plans and lovely fixtures. The floor plan that I wanted to lease was unavailable at the moment, and Hallie assured me that she will be in touch with me as soon as one becomes available. I received a text from Hallie a few weeks later that our desired floor plan became available and that she'd send over the paperwork if we were still interested. We quickly sent in the application and secured our new home
Hallie was kind and very responsive to all of our questions. From scheduling the tour to getting our keys on move in day, Hallie was a joy to work with. Excellent customer service and a stunning place to live

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — Very well designed apartments. Beautiful inside. Only issue is noise, but I guess that’s expected being it’s an apartment. The dumps comes very early in the morning and it super loud. Again I am disadvantaged because of my apt location. Otherwise, very nice staff at the leasing office. Ally and Louisa not sure if that’s how her name is spelled are super nice, very professional, and very helpful.
